"Movement and the science of being well" Is the first in a series of summer women’s wellbeing workshops hosted by Brighton based Wellbeing Coach Katie Spong

.

WHEN - SATURDAY 22nd JUNE 9:30-12:00
.

WHERE - THE LOFT 40-42 Upper Gardner Street, Brighton, BN1 4AN
.
Katie will take you through a flowing Pilates class to stretch and energise followed by an introduction into 'what is Wellbeing'? A phrase so often used in our daily lexicon, but do we understand it and how do we get it?
.
I will then lead a workshop on understanding your immunity, dispelling ‘immune boosting’ myths & provide insight into the science of how to be well. I will effectively break down the scientific research on immunity coupled with the knowledge of how good nutrition & lifestyle choices are crucial in your own health. You will leave both inspired & educated.
.
Both Katie & I are passionate about helping others understand their own health. Partnering my science background, medical knowledge & holistic approach with Katie’s experience in movement & health coaching, we encourage you to come along for some wonderful movement & with the opportunity to meet other like minded individuals, ask questions and join this community.
.

As ever, all the events that @katiespong_wellbeing runs are fun and interactive and packed full of freebies. There's some great local partners providing gifts, all to be revealed! Herbal teas will provide the refreshment for the morning but look out for the edible bites in the goodie bag!
