Let's redefine the essence of gift-giving by choosing gifts that speak to the heart and nourish the body and soul.

1. BOn Charge

Those of you who have been part of my #ImmunityCommunity newsletter for a while will know just how much I love my Bon Charge products. Bon Charge makes science-backed wellness products to optimise sleep, well-being and recovery. I’ve long recommended their Mini Red Light Device for convenient and targeted treatment e.g. recovery from injury, post-gym recovery and even period pain. I love their Red Light Face Mask for glowing skin. I recently tried their PEMF Mat which is perfect for evening yoga and meditation. Their Sauna Blankets are a convenient way to stay cosy this winter.

You can get 15% off all Bon Charge products with JENNA15 #affiliate. But for BLACK FRIDAY (from the 15th NOV 2023) they have an amazing 25% off sale which is a better discount than my 15% code. IMO this is a great opportunity to try the PEFM Mat and the Face Mask.

2. Finisterre

If you see me out and about or showing my face on my Instagram, I’ll usually be wearing something from Finisterre. A UK brand born in Cornwall that designs functional and sustainable products for those who share a love of the outdoors. They are a BCorp and put sustainability at the heart of what they do. I love their knitwear and haven’t looked back since trying their socks. They have a lived and loved section where you can trade-in and shop preloved. I recently used their repair service to fix a tear on my winter coat. Their gift vouchers are a great way to introduce someone to the brand.

3. SaltY Earth

Salty Earth was started in my hometown of Brighton, UK by best friends who have a shared passion for the outdoors and adventure sports. Their robes are fully waterproof and windproof, making them suitable for a variety of outdoor activities, from surfing to camping. They also sell handy tote bags, great for all your cold water swimming gear.

4. Ancient + Brave

Ancient + Brave makes pure, potent and sustainable supplements to help you think, feel and look your best. Discover their thoughtfully curated gift rituals beautifully presented and packaged in bespoke gift boxes. My favourites are the ‘Workout Ritual’ and the ‘Rise + Rest Ritual’ gift boxes. 5. Amazing Air Quality

Indoor air is often more polluted than outdoor air, especially in winter. We tend to open windows less and huddle indoors more which can facilitate the spread of viruses, making it even more crucial to maintain clean indoor air. Then of course we want to enjoy the cosy feels of winter burning our favourite candles while we enjoy the glow of a fire. I experimented over on my IG showing how quickly particulate matter builds up when you light a candle - it was quite shocking. There is currently no safe threshold to breathe in small particulate matter that is generated when we burn anything. Don’t let the winter season compromise your indoor air quality, use an air purifier to take the guesswork out and deal with the contaminants you cannot see including particulate matter, viruses, allergens, volatile compounds and mould with Amazing Air. It has an automatic filtration that will adjust based on changes to air quality. Get £200 off with my #affiliate link.

6. Wellbeing Books

My first book The Science of Staying Well would make a great gift for those who want to learn and discover how to nourish healthy immune function. My second book, Your Blueprint for Strong Immunity is perfect for those wishing to put the science into action and learn the habits that are a cornerstone of improving your immune system. I’ve also got an Amazon page where I add lots of my favourite health and wellness books and products.

7. Made by coopers

Made By Coopers makes beautiful ritualistic products designed to balance mental and emotional wellbeing. They contain clean, nutrient-rich essential oils and botanical ingredients without parabens, SLSs, sulphates, mineral oil, artificial colours and synthetic fragrances. My favourite products are their sleep range, essential oil collection and meditation cushion. Get 20% off with JENNA20 #affiliate

8. At home Health Testing

Despite public health messaging, many people ignore their health until they fall unwell. My motto when it comes to healthy immune function is to ‘repair the roof when the sun is shining’ e.g., go into winter feeling well and nourished rather than waiting until you catch the seasonal lurgy to spring to action. Over the next 5 months, our vitamin D levels can drop by more than half unless we take action. Neovos offer at-home vitamin D tests to take the guesswork out of supplementing. A great gift for someone who thinks they don’t need vitamin D in winter. Code JENNA gets you 10% #affiliate
